Alison is a Partner in our Advisory Practice and lead on our Becoming Programme.
A psychologist with 20 years research, consulting and HR experience she leads the design of capability and culture programmes for leaders and organisations.
Alison has previously held global HR leadership roles in the finance, retail and pharmaceutical sectors before moving into consultancy as Director of strategy, product development and thought leadership for Lane4.
An expert in leadership and women’s development and organisational cultures Alison regularly speaks on leadership, team development and inclusive psychology.
Her research has resulted in practical improvements in the culture of the GB Women’s Rowing team, the ability of girls to play mixed football, and the participation of socially disadvantaged BAME women in sport.
She has a PhD in psychology and organisational culture from Brunel University
