This had lead to significant leadership disruption that was impacting performance & service to clients. As a result the client decided to appoint new Operations Leaders for its US & Europe business

The search required us to focus on a small number of companies with comparable technologies, principally competitors. We conducted the search in total confidence & travelled extensively to meet target candidates who were under an NDA
