Liz Walker is co-founder and Consultant Director at Becoming International, a leadership development and coaching organisation focused on helping women to lead unapologetic lives.

Liz is a facilitator and coach, with nearly 20yrs experience in Leadership, Learning & Development in multinational organisations.

Driven by a desire to empower women to achieve their potential and be and give their best professionally and personally, she co-founded Becoming International in 2020. The Becoming Journey helps women who are stuck or knocked off track in their career. Rather than “tell” them what to do, it takes them on a journey of discovery about who they are, their purpose and the impact they want to have in the world. 

Liz has a Bachelors degree in International Business and a Masters in Organisational Behaviour.
